## What we do

Professional listing photography, cinematic video, Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts, FAA Part 107 drone aerials, professionally lit twilight, traditional 360 virtual tours. Luxury and upper-tier homes and commercial/architectural work. We do not offer 3D Gaussian Splatting.

## Where we work

Primary: Cypress, Bridgeland, northwest Houston. Also The Woodlands, The Woodlands Hills, and greater Houston by mileage.

Travel is driving miles from Bridgeland (not straight-line):
- 0–25 miles: listed prices
- Over 25 miles, up to 40: $15 travel fee, $180 minimum order
- Over 40 miles, up to 70: $30 travel fee, $325 minimum order
- Over 70 miles: email mike@mccurdymedia.com — no online booking
Texas sales tax 8.25% is added at booking.

## Policies

Weather: outdoor/drone rescheduled at no charge if unsafe. Photos typically 24–48 hours; video about 3 days. Client may use media to market that listing. McCurdy Media retains portfolio rights unless agreed otherwise.
