Agents in this part of Houston rarely stay in one zip code. A Monday listing may be in Bridgeland, the next in Tomball or along the Grand Parkway in Spring. We are based in Bridgeland, so Cypress, Klein, Fairfield, and the Highway 290 corridor are the drives we already make. Since 2015 we have photographed 2,551 listings, most of them in this corner of the metro.
The work is photos and video for the listing: stills, drone, twilight, and a 360 tour when you add one. We shoot every listing ourselves, in house. No subcontractors. Every bundle is a 2-hour visit.
Prices
Photos start at $180 for 25–32 photos, or $225 for 40–50. Bundles start at $325. Bundle 3, the one agents book most, is $400. Bundle 5 is $625 and includes a property website. The full card is on the pricing page. Texas sales tax of 8.25% is added when you book.

- Yes. Northwest Houston is our home market: Cypress, Bridgeland, Tomball, Spring, Klein, and the Grand Parkway corridor along Highway 290. Miles are driving miles from Bridgeland, not a straight line.
- Is there a separate price for northwest Houston?
- No. Listed prices apply within 25 driving miles of Bridgeland. The booking page adds a travel fee only when the listing is farther than that, and it shows the fee before you schedule.
- How long is a bundle?
- Every bundle is a 2-hour shoot. Photos, aerials, video, and twilight in that visit are on the pricing page.
- Who photographs the listing?
