Cypress, Texas
Cypress real estate photos and video
Cypress is a set of neighborhoods, not one look. Bridgeland lakes, Towne Lake, Fairfield, Coles Crossing, and Cypress Creek Lakes each need a different set of frames: water, mature trees, and new streets off the Grand Parkway. McCurdy Media is based in Bridgeland, so the Highway 290 corridor and those communities are the work we do in a normal week.
McCurdy Media shoots photos and video, in house. No subcontractors. A visit can be stills only, or a 2-hour bundle that adds drone, twilight, or video. Since 2015 we have photographed 2,551 listings, and Cypress is the center of that count.
Prices
A 25-32 photo set is $180. A 40-50 photo set is $225. Every bundle is a 2-hour visit, and bundles start at $325. Bundle 3 is $400. Bundle 5 is $625 and includes a property website. Texas sales tax of 8.25% is added when you book. The full card is on the pricing page.
Questions from Cypress agents
- Which Cypress communities do you cover?
- Bridgeland, Towne Lake, Fairfield, Coles Crossing, Cypress Creek Lakes, and the neighborhoods along Highway 290 and the Grand Parkway. We are based in Bridgeland. Miles on the booking page are driving miles, and a travel fee shows only when the listing is outside the standard area.
- How soon do Cypress agents get the files?
- Photos are usually ready in 24-48 hours. Video is about 3 days. If weather makes a drone or twilight unsafe, we reschedule that part at no charge.
- Can you fly a drone or shoot twilight in a Cypress HOA?
- Twilight is photographed from the ground at the house. For aerials, we fly only where the community allows it. If an HOA restricts drones, the photos and video still happen and the aerials come off that visit.
- How do I book a Cypress listing?
- Open the booking page and enter the address so mileage is checked before you choose a package. Pricing is on its own page. You can also see every home we have photographed, or read how we cover the wider northwest Houston market.
